Reverse Your Fatty Liver Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Terrasoul Superfoods Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • blueberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT chia seeds and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Pour into bowl and let sit at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
  • You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
  • If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
