Reverse Your Fatty Liver Creamy Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups 365 Everyday Value Organic Coconut Milk

Instructions
 

  • Add mango chunks into blender and puree. (If frozen – let thaw for a bit before trying to blend.)
  • Add the coconut milk to mango puree and blend.
  • Stir in chia seeds to mixture in blender.
  • Pour mixture into serving bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
  • You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
  • If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
