Reverse Your Fatty Liver Black Bean Burrito Bowl

- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, choped
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 7 oz corn
- 4-8 leaves romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 oz Reverse Your Fatty Liver Salsa Verde
- 19 oz no-salt-added canned black beans
Add peppers to a non-stick pan and cook on medium-high heat, stirring often.
Remove the veggies and put the black beans and corn into the pan to heat.
Divide the quinoa, beans, corn and peppers into 4 bowls.
Top each bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, and Salsa Verde.
Serve and enjoy!
