Reverse Your Fatty Liver Black Bean Burgers

Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Line a cookie sheet or cooking pan with parchment paper or coat with a little olive or coconut oil.
In a large bowl, mash the black beans.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients while mixing until well combined, saving the oats for last.
Shape into 4 thin patties.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, flip over, bake for an additional 4-6 minutes.
Top with homemade salsa or Primal Kitchen ketchup.
Serve on Ezekiel 4:9 Hamburger Buns or Portobello Cap Buns.
