Add all of the remaining ingredients to your blender.
Blend until smooth. You might need to scrape the sides to let everything get blended together evenly.
Add the cooked bell peppers and garlic (remove the skins now).
Blend for 1-2 minutes.
Taste, if it needs more spice - add more hot sauce.
Transfer into a bowl and garnish with more hot sauce, chopped onions or parsley.
