Anthony's Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Tapioca Flour

Sea salt (to taste)

Frontier Co-Op Onion Granules

Frontier Co-Op Garlic Granules

Frontier Smoked Paprika Ground
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a saucepan and stir with a whisk.
Once combined, turn on heat and bring mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
Let simmer on low to medium heat about one minute until sauce is stretchy.
Enjoy immediately.
Notes
If sauce is too think, add more coconut milk
If you don't like coconut milk, you can use any plant-based milk. The higher the fat content, the better the taste of the cheese sauce.
You can store the sauce for 48 hours but it'll change the texture. Reheat by adding more milk.
Depending on the type of nutritional yeast you buy - your sauce may be lighter or brighter.
