Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup 365 Everyday Value Organic Coconut Milk
  • 3 tbsp Anthony's Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-Op Onion Granules
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-Op Garlic Granules
  • Pinch Frontier Smoked Paprika Ground

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a saucepan and stir with a whisk.
  • Once combined, turn on heat and bring mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
  • Let simmer on low to medium heat about one minute until sauce is stretchy.
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • If sauce is too think, add more coconut milk
  • If you don’t like coconut milk, you can use any plant-based milk. The higher the fat content, the better the taste of the cheese sauce.
  • You can store the sauce for 48 hours but it’ll change the texture. Reheat by adding more milk.
  • Depending on the type of nutritional yeast you buy – your sauce may be lighter or brighter.
