Reverse Your Fatty Liver Super Easy Cauliflower “Fried Rice”

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup greens (kale, spinach, collard greens) finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, add oil and heat on medium heat.
  • Saute onions and mushrooms until they are tender and drain any liquid.
  • Add the vegetables and rice to the pan, and then sprinkle on the red pepper flakes, black pepper, and the coconut aminos to taste. Stir-fry the ingredients until the vegetables are cooked or tender.
