Reverse Your Fatty Liver Liver-Loving Applesauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • honey or stevia, to taste (optional)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven at 425°F
  • Layer a large baking dish with the apples
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour over apples
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the apples are soft
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for 15 minutes
  • Blend until you reach a smooth consistency
  • Store in a glass, airtight container in your refrigerator
  • Enjoy!
