Reverse Your Fatty Liver Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp coconut or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F
  • Pat your sweet potato wedges dry with napkins, and then combine them and the oil in a large
  • Toss to make sure all sweet potato fries are coated with oil
  • Sprinkle on your pepper, salt and paprika
  • Arrange fries on a single layer on on oiled baking sheet, leaving a little room in between wedges
  • Cook for 18 to 25 minutes, turning and flipping occasionally
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving
