Reverse Your Fatty Liver Sweet Potato Garlic Mash

- 3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and steamed roasted until tender
- 1 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup coconut or almond milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Peel and steam or roast potatoes until reach a tender, soft consistency
Mix and sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil for 7 to 10 minutes, while the potatoes are cooking
Mash sweet potatoes until you get the desired consistency you desire
Combine the rest of the ingredients with your garlic and onions
Mix into the sweet potato mash while stirring
Serve warm
