Reverse Your Fatty Liver Oatmeal Yam Muffins

- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1 cup oatmeal dry
- 2 cups nut milk
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
Skin and cook sweet potatoes anyway you want.
Peel sweet potatoes and place into high speed blender.
Add milk and blend until combined.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Heat oven to 350.
Fill muffin pan with batter.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool before eating.
