- 1 cup Anthony's Chickpea Flour
- 1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 tsp salt
Process the ingredients in your food processor.
Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter into a skillet.
Cook for two minutes on medium heat.
Flip the tortilla and cook on the other side for about one minute.
Serve immediately.
