Reverse Your Fatty Liver Cooked Breakfast Apples

Total Time: 40 minutes minutes
- 4 apples, core removed and chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a simmer on your stove
You can then cover and cook them on the stovetop, or stick them in the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes
Add extra water if the mix begins to dry out
Top with your favorite nuts and diced fruits
