Reverse Your Fatty Liver Cinnamon Banana Apple Bake

- 4 medium apples, cored and cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
- 3 tbsp unsweetened orange juice
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix all ingredients aside from the almonds and apples
Arrange half of your sliced apples on the bottom of a small, greased casserole dish, our the banana mixture on top, and cover with the remaining apple slices
Add the flaked almonds as a topping
Bake for roughly 30 minutes, or until your apples have reached the consistency you like
