- 2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt to taste
Blend together your nuts, garlic and basil until you reach your desired consistency
Slowly drizzle olive oil while mixing
Continue blending wile adding lemon and sea salt until you just the right consistency
