Preheat your oven to 425 F.
Layer a large baking dish with apples.
Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over the apples.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the apples are soft.
How long you have to bake depends on how thick or think you slice your apples.
Remove from oven, let cool for 15 minutes.
Blend in a food processor or blender until you reach a smooth consistency.
Store in a glass, airtight container in your refridgerator.
