Ingredients
CREAMY AVOCADO DRESSING

avocado peeled & pitted

basil leaves chopped

cilantro leaves chopped

chives snipped

lemon juiced

red onion chopped

green onions chopped

garlic with skin removed and chopped
salt & pepper to taste
FOR THE WRAPS

any color
bell pepper sliced thinly

red onion sliced thinly

green onions thinly sliced on the long side

corn

jalapeno with seeds removed then slice thinly

cup
cilantro sliced thinly

black beans drained and rinsed

baby spinach rinsed well and towel dried

avocados peeled, pitted and sliced thinly

Instructions
DRESSING PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend on high until smooth.
WRAP ASSEMBLY
Layer all prepared ingredients on tortilla.
Add desired amount of Creamy Avocado Dressing.
Roll up tortilla wraps.
Cut each wrap on the diagonal.
Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
