Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk

Blue Majik
Blueberries & Blackberries for garnish
Instructions
Add Almond milk and Blue Majik into blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds into blender mixture.
Pour mixture into serving bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Top with blueberries & blackberries for garnish.
Notes
Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
