frozen or fresh mango chunks
1/2

chia seeds

Instructions
Add mango chunks into blender and puree. (If frozen - let thaw for a bit before trying to blend.)
Add the coconut milk to mango puree and blend.
Stir in chia seeds to mixture in blender.
Pour mixture into serving bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
