chia seeds

Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk

honey

Terrasoul Superfoods Cacao Powder

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
almond extract
blueberries for garnish
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT chia seeds and blend until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds.
Pour into bowl and let sit at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
