overripe, frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
pinch of salt

pure peppermint extract, or more as desired
pinch spirulina or natural food coloring (optional)

unsweetened coconut cream or macadamia (optional)

unsweetened dark chocolate or cacao nibs
pinch of stevia to taste
Instructions
Add the frozen bananas, peppermint extract, salt and any optional ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth
Stir in chocolate chips
Enjoy immediately or freeze for later!
