Mix the Ingredients for the dressing (almond butter through salt and pepper) together in a small bowl then divide evenly among 4 jars.
On top of the dressing in the jar, add the green onions first, then quinoa (approximately 1/2 a cup), then the carrot, the edimame and chickpeas, then broccoil , the cabbage, and the peanuts.
Put the lids on the jars and store them in the fridge until it is time to eat them. Make sure to eat them within 5 days.
When you are ready to eat them, turn the jar upside down into a bowl and make sure everything is out. Mix together and enjoy!
