Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4 dried dates, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp dried ginger
  • 1/4 tsp dried cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a glass jar
  • Serve as an alternative to processed cereal dried, or nut-based milk
  • Enjoy!
