Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • olive, coconut, hemp, or avocado oil
  • salt and cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sweet potato into 1/2-inch slices, lengthwise
  • In a toaster oven, cook until golden brown
  • If you use a normal toaster, try and find the right heat
  • Cook until crispy, or whatever consistency you desire
  • Drizzle your sweet potato toast with oil
  • Add avocado slices and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste
  • Enjoy!
