Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened, natural apple sauce or mashed banana
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 handful parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 3 or 4 ounce any berries or fruits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Make some pesto(recipe in snacks)
  • Mashed banana or apple sauce
  • Add remaining ingredients to your mix and stir well
  • Pour the mix into greased muffin tins
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
  • Cut in half and spread on some pesto
  • Enjoy!
