  • 1/2 cup Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tbsp raw maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp raw nuts
