Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 1/3 medium onion, rough chopped
 - 2 bay leaves
 - 1 tbsp Frontier Co-Op Cumin Seed Ground
 - 2 tbsp Frontier Oregano Leaf Flakes
 - 1 tbsp salt
 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 - 1 tbsp Frontier Co-Op Chili Powder
 - 1 tbsp ground black pepper
 - 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
 - 3 stalks celery, chopped
 - 1 medium zucchini, chopped
 - 2 green or red bell peppers, chopped
 - 2 cans chopped chilis
 - 3 cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained & chopped
 - 1 can kidney beans, drained
 - 1 can garbonzo beans, drained
 - 1 can black beans, drained
 
Instructions
- Add oil, onion, and spices to pan and cook until unions are translucent.
 - Then add all other ingredients to a large pot and simmer for 60-90 minutes until everything cooks together.
 - You can also make this in a slow cooker or crock pot.
 - Serve in a bowl, or over quinoa.
