  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries, pitted cherries , or raspberries
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cup greens (kale, spinach, collard greens)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 thumb sized portion turmeric
  • 1 scoop Daily Greens

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
