Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
 - 2 inches tumeric
 - 2 inches ginger
 - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
 - 1 small zucchini
 - 1 cup broccoli
 - 1 cup carrots
 - 1/2 cup green or yellow string beans, chopped
 - 1/2 cup red or golden beets, diced
 - 1/2 cup shitake mushrooms, chopped
 - 1/2 cup kale or chard, chopped
 - 1/2 cup Terrasoul Superfoods Organic White Quinoa
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into large pan or wok and stir fry.
 - Cook quinoa as directed on package.
 - Serve stir-fry over quinoa.
