Ingredients
- 2 lbs red or yellow tomatoes
 - 1 large cucumber, peeled
 - 1 medium red pepper (seeded)
 - 3-5 cloves garlic
 - 1/4 cup Bragg Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
 - salt & pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Mix in a blender, food processor or Vita-mix until smooth.
 - Refrigerate if not eating immediately.
 - Lasts 3-5 days.
