- 1 1/2 cup green tea (chilled)
 - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
 - 1 ripe banana
 - 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
 - 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
 - 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 scoop Daily Greens
 
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into your blender
 - Blend until smooth
