
Ingredients
- 4 kale leaves, coarsely choped & deveined
 - 1 handful spinach leaves
 - 1/3 bunch parsley
 - 2 celery ribs, chopped large
 - 1 green apple cut into wedges
 - 1/2 lemon, juiced
 - 2 cups water
 
Instructions
- Place all ingredietns into a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
 - Enjoy immediately.
